At Hi Tide we will confirm and guarantee that you will have a spot however we do not guarantee the exact site that you will be in until you arrive for your reservation. We want to ensure that you have the best spot for the size of your camper, we spend a great deal of time to make sure the proper size campers or on the right spots to ensure smaller campers are on smaller spots and larger campers are on larger spots.
We also want to make sure that your site is next to or close to others in your party. We will do our best to make sure multiple reservations for the same group are as close together as possible.
There are no cancellations 30 days prior to your reservation. No refunds will be issued after that date if you cancel.
