Daily Swim Rates and Season Swim Passes

The Lake at Hi-Tide is perfect for summer days! An Iceberg climbing wall, large water trampolines, a log roll and large balance balls are just some of the features that you'll enjoy at the Lake at Hi-Tide. For parents that like to relax, you'll enjoy our lounge chairs overlooking the lake or laying out on the beach. Young kids will enjoy the moonwalk, slide and making sandcastles on the beach. Whatever type of beach activity you're looking for, you'll find it at Hi-Tide.

Hi-Tide offers both daily swim passes and season swim passes for guests.

Camping Rates (RV & Tent Sites)

At Hi-Tide, you will experience campsites that are convenient and comfortable for your vacation. We have full hookup sites that can accommodate both small and large trailers and RV's. Water/ Electric sites are perfect for those that like water and electric access on their own site. We also offer our guests primitive tent sites that offer a true rustic camping experience. Request a private site by the creek and you'll have limited neighbors while you enjoy the creek running behind your campsite.

On your last day, Campers are welcome to use the park amenities until 6pm for an additional $5.00 per person ( must be paid before 11am) However, your campsite must be cleaned up before check out.

Seven Water/Electric campsites that form a large circle right next to The Lake @ Hi-Tide.

The Circle@ Hi-Tide includes a large fire ring in the middle and a large charcoal grill.

Each Circle Campsite Reservation Includes:

Up to 2 adults and 4 children

1 Car

Access to The Lake @ Hi-Tide (and all lake water toys)

1 Camper or Adult Size Tent with hookup for Water/Electric (30 amp)

A Picnic Table

The Circle - Add-Ons

Firewood - $6 per bundle or $100 per crate (each crate includes ~38 bundles)

Call 24 hours in advance of your stay and we will deliver your firewood to your site.

Policies for Booking

A deposit of 1 site must be placed at booking

The Circle must be reserved with a credit card to hold the reservation.

All sites in the circle must pay in full 30 days prior to stay.

30 days prior to stay, any unpaid Circle site will be charged to the credit card on file.

No refunds will be given for charges for unpaid Circle sites. In the event that an unpaid Circle site is charged to the credit card on file, it is the camper’s responsibility to collect the camping fee from the site that did not pay.

Cabin Rentals

Don't have a camper and don't want to tent? You need The Cabins at Hi-Tide!

The Cabins at Hi-Tide are the perfect answer to get you camping while not having the hassle of bringing camping gear. You'll get to enjoy the beach, the lake, and all the water toys during the day while coming back to your cabin for meals and a bonfire. Need to escape the heat? All of our cabins have air conditioning offering a comfortable night’s sleep even on the hottest summer night.

Hi-tide offers cabin rentals for daily and weekly stays. Cabins book fast, so we recommend booking at least a month or two in advance. Each cabin includes 4 beds, a table and bench seats, air-conditioning, a fire pit, picnic table, and a charcoal grill. All cabin rentals include 2 adults and 4 children, without additional charge. Deluxe cabin has two queen beds, so it can sleep 4 adults with extra charge.

Cabin rentals are required to be checked out by 11am.

Cabin Policies

Cabins need to be cleaned (floor swept, table cleaned, and trash cleaned up) prior to checkout. Keys need to be returned at checkout. Failure to clean cabin or return keys will result in loss of Cabin Deposit Fee.

All camping fees are based on a family: Mother, Father, and 4 children.

Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin.

A day is from 3 pm to 11 am the next day.

Early check- in is (Noon- 3 pm) will be charged $10.00. Before noon is considered an extra day stay.

All visitors of campers must register at the store and will be charged daily visitor fee of $8.00. Visiting hours are from 10:00am to 10:30pm

Reservations are encouraged. We charge full deposit 30 days before your camping reservation. – must be paid in full. Deposit must be received 30 days prior to reservation. There are No cancellations within 30 days before any camping date.

For Holiday Weekends we require 3 nights reservations- Reservation must be paid in full 30 days before camping. Or at time of the reservation if less then 30 days.

All children under the age of 13 must wear a life vest in deep water between buoys. Please bring them with you if you have them or we rent them for $5.00 per day and ID.

Checking out late past 11 am will result in another day fee for camping.

Seasonal Campsites

For some, seasonal campsites are weekend trips. For others, they are summer long vacations at their 2nd home. Regardless of how you use your seasonal campsite at Hi-Tide, you'll make friends that will become more like your extended family. Our seasonal campers literally plan their summers around camping at Hi-Tide.

Seasonal campers enjoy perks such as discounts on firewood crates, free daily access to the beach, the lake and all the water toys. Seasonal campers also enjoy 10 free guest passes. In addition, seasonal campers become lifelong friends with the other seasonal campers around them.

Hi-Tide offers two types of seasonal campsites: Full Hook-up and Full Hook-up with Concrete Slab. Each seasonal site has their own electric meter and is responsible to pay their electric bill at the store.

Seasonal Policies

All visitors must register at the office before entering the park. Please do not take guests into the park and check-in after entering. All visitors need wristbands.

All seasonal campers get 10 free guest passes.

All grandchildren under 18 are free, but must sign in.

All additional guests are $8 per person per day.

All seasonal guests can use the pool for an additional $1 per day for the pool.

Seasonal children must pay $1 per day to use the pool. Seasonal adults can use the pool for free.

All firewood must be ordered from store. The Seasonal rate for a crate of firewood is $75.00. Please order before the weekend if possible and we will have the firewood delivered to your site.

Seasonal campers are allowed to remain on the site year-round. However, Hi-Tide does not allow removal of campers during the winter months.

All electric bills are paid in store around the 7th of each month. Please pay with check or cash, No Credit Cards.

Pavilions

Small Pavilion

$50/day (minimum of 25 people)

No Electric
Holds up to 60 people. If you have more than 50 guests, the small pavilion is free. Refund will be given at the end of the day if over 50 guests sign-in.

Big Pavilion

$100/day (minimum of 50 people)

Electric available
If you have more than 80 guests, then the pavilion is free. Refund will be given at the end of the day if over 80 guests sign-in.
